This page contains warranty details for all Bed Assist products.
- In the event that you have a warranty claim in respect of a product delivered within Australia, you will be asked to return the relevant Product to Bed Assist.
- We recommend that you keep your original product packaging if possible. In the unlikely event that you require a warranty repair and you do not have the original packaging, you will bear the responsibility for safely packaging your Product for transport and Bed Assist accepts no liability for any damage that may occur in transit.
- Bed Assist warrants the purchaser against defects in workmanship or material, for a period of 24 months for bed monitors, and 12 months for all other products – from the date of purchase.
- Invoice for this product is to be retained as proof of purchase and must be presented if making a claim.
- Warranty does not apply to any defect, deterioration, loss, or damage occasioned by, or as a result of the misuse or abuse, negligent handling or the product not being installed in accordance with the instructions.
- Bed Assist reserves the right to replace the Product or relevant part with the same or equivalent Product or part, rather than repair it.
- The warranty excludes breakages and is void if there is evidence of the product being tampered with by unauthorised persons.
